Refund Policy

Reviews Zen is a flexible monthly subscription. We've built our pricing around fairness — you only pay for the time you use, you can cancel any time, and we'll always look at edge cases on a case-by-case basis.
01Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. We’ll never charge you during the trial, and you can walk away at any time with no obligation. If you don’t add a payment method before the trial ends, your account simply switches to read-only.
02Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed in advance for each 30-day period. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We don’t issue partial-month refunds for monthly plans by default — cancel anytime, but you keep the time you paid for.
03Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are billed once for 12 months and include the equivalent of two months free vs paying monthly. If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the initial purchase, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can still cancel auto-renewal at any time and keep access until your term ends.
04How to cancel
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation is one click and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

05When we do issue refunds
We’ll issue a full or partial refund — case by case — in these situations:
- Duplicate or accidental charges. Send us proof and we’ll reverse the charge.
- Service outage that materially affected your usage.If our platform was down for an extended period and you couldn’t use the features you paid for, we’ll credit or refund pro-rata.
- Annual plan cancelled within 14 days of purchase (see Section 3).
- You were billed after cancelling.If we ever bill you after you’ve cancelled, that charge is refunded in full and we’ll apologize for the slip.
06What's non-refundable
Outside the situations above, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Partial-month usage on a cancelled monthly subscription.
- Annual plans after the 14-day window described in Section 3.
- Add-on services or one-off charges (e.g., SMS overage credits) that have already been delivered.
07Plan changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your current cycle, then bill the new plan fully from your next cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle. You keep access to the higher-tier features until then.
08How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Most refunds arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We’ll send you an email confirmation when the refund is processed on our side.
09Requesting a refund
To request a refund or discuss your situation, email support@reviewszen.com with:
- Your account email
- The charge date and amount
- A brief description of why you’re requesting a refund
We review every request individually. We aim to respond within one business day. If your situation falls outside the categories above but you feel a refund is fair, tell us — we’ll listen.
